Job Description - SAP ABAP on HANA Developer (ID: 3115)

As an SAP ABAP on HANA Developer, you will:
  • Deliver RICEFW-related project components incrementally, aligned with product and sprint backlogs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders during program increment events to help define the product backlog.
  • Define and execute test strategies for assigned developments.
  • Manage change requests, prepare documentation, and provide go-live support with knowledge transition.
  • Perform high-level and detailed effort estimations.
  • Create, review, and implement technical specifications.
  • Develop and enhance functionality using SAP OOABAP, ODATA, and the Enhancement Framework.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensuring compliance with ATC, CI, and quality standards.
  • Execute unit testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve defects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent architecture implementation and interface alignment.
  • Maintain and update product documentation in line with company processes.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6–8 years of experience in SAP ABAP and HANA development.
  • Proficiency in SAP OOABAP, ODATA, and RICEFW object development.
  • Strong experience with the Enhancement Framework.
  • Knowledge of ATC, code review, and quality check processes.
  • Experience in both development and defect resolution across full project lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods and collaborative team practices.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Take ownership of tasks and deliverables, working independently when required.
  • Work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Engage confidently with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
