Requirements

• Experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and SAP Payroll Netherlands (NL).
  


• Hands-on experience in end-to-end NL Payroll configuration, payroll processing, schema and PCR enhancements, wage type configuration, tax-related payroll activities, and payroll issue resolution.
  


• Key responsibilities include configuring and supporting SAP HCM Payroll, investigating and resolving payroll and tax-related issues, performing HRSP and year-end payroll activities, analyzing and fixing point-to-point replication errors, managing inbound and outbound interfaces, and conducting impact analysis and testing for payroll changes.
  


• Responsible for handling arrears processing, Payroll Control Center issues, and creating LSMW objects as required.
  


• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, and point-to-point (P2P) integrations is highly desirable.
  


• Solid understanding of HR business processes across Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
