Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with SAP and master data processes.
  
  


• 3–5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
  
  


• Expand and manage the Business Partner and Contract Account scope within an SAP S/4HANA Utilities implementation.
  
  


• Draft and review business requirements and functional designs for master data governance processes.
  
  


• Design and implement master data integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems.
  
  


• Optimize and further develop SAP MDG functionalities within SAP S/4HANA.
  
  


• Establish and improve data governance processes, including data quality controls and validation mechanisms.
  
  


• Ensure consistent, reliable, and timely availability of master data across the application landscape.
  
  


• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  
  


• Work within an Agile multidisciplinary environment, promoting collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  
  


• Analyze complex business and data-related issues and translate them into clear, practical solutions for various stakeholders.
  
  


• Operate effectively at the intersection of business, data, and IT.
  
  


• Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance.
  
  


• Experience in requirements analysis, functional design, and process improvement.
  
  


• Hands-on experience in the functional design of data integrations.
  
  


• Good command of the Dutch language.
  
  


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
