SAP Onboarding and Recruitment Analyst

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
  


• Solid understanding of SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Candidate Experience Management (CXM), and Onboarding processes.
  


• Proven expertise in configuring business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, templates, and onboarding/recruiting forms.
  


• Working knowledge of integration technologies, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), APIs, and middleware solutions for seamless system connectivity.
  


• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements by collaborating with HR teams and key business stakeholders.
  


• Good understanding of HR processes, talent acquisition workflows, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management.
  


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve functional and system-related issues effectively.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and deliver solutions in a dynamic business environment.
