Overview

Madello Consulting is seeking an experienced Scrum
Master with strong expertise in Agile and DevOps practices to lead
high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will ensure effective collaboration,
team alignment, and delivery excellence while fostering an Agile mindset across
the organization.

Key
Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups,
  Retrospectives).
  
• Guide
  and coach the team in Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
  
• Act as
  a servant leader, enabling cross-functional collaboration and
  communication.
  
• Ensure
  alignment with DevOps methodologies for continuous delivery and
  automation.
  
• Remove
  impediments to optimize team productivity and quality of deliverables.
  
• Promote
  a culture of continuous improvement and value-driven development.
  

Your
Responsibilities

• Lead
  teams to deliver results efficiently in an Agile environment.
  
• Drive Agile
  maturity within the organization and across teams.
  
• Support
  stakeholders in understanding Agile processes and KPIs.
  

Who We’re
Looking For

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of experience, including hands-on implementation of Agile
  practices.
  
• Strong
  expertise in Agile Scrum principles and practical application.
  
• Proven
  experience as a team lead, ensuring collaboration and outcome
  delivery.
  
• Knowledge
  of DevOps way of working.
