About the Role

We are looking for a Medior Scrum Master to join our growing Agile and DevOps practice. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional DevOps teams and public sector clients, helping teams embrace Agile principles and continuously improve their ways of working.

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a coach and facilitator rather than a traditional manager, guiding teams through Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You will work with long-term customer engagements, primarily within government and public sector environments, supporting multiple Agile teams and helping organizations deliver high-quality IT services and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Agile and DevOps teams in Scrum best practices


• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions


• Help teams improve collaboration, productivity, and Agile maturity


• Identify and remove impediments that impact team performance


• Promote Agile values, transparency, and continuous improvement


• Support Product Owners and stakeholders in maximizing team effectiveness


• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders


• Monitor team performance and drive continuous process improvements


• Support multiple Scrum teams when required


• Contribute to organizational Agile transformation initiatives


• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure long-term success

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments


• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) certification or equivalent


• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles


• Experience coaching Agile and/or DevOps teams


• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Experience working within government or public sector environments


• Ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority


• Proactive, solution-oriented, and people-focused mindset


• Fluent Dutch and English language skills


• Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands and able to pass government-related security screening requirements
