We at Infotech are seeking a skilled Scrum Master/Agile Coach for a key role with one of our esteemed clients in the energy sector. Our aim is to seamlessly transition towards a model where three DevOps teams collaborate from a unified Product Backlog, enhancing overall value and efficiency. Additionally, we aspire to integrate the Business seamlessly with these DevOps teams.

What will you do?

• Coach and develop team members, Product Owners and other Scrum Masters;

• Facilitate the understanding and application of Agile values and principles within the team and organization;

• Lead complex projects and teams to successful delivery;

• Active involvement in solving challenges and obstacles;

• Continually strive to improve team performance and productivity;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and achieve project vision and goals;

• Help the teams to establish a DevOps culture and mindset, the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, infrastructure, and associated Agile technical practices;

• Support program management and project management towards lean portfolio thinking and for guiding the teams in the Agile way of working;

• Support the transition from the implementation phase within the program towards an operational DevOps team within the line organization.



What we expect from you?

• Bachelor or Master education or equivalent;

• At least 5+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master;

• A hands-on mentality;

• Experienced in implementing the Agile way of working in large organizations;

• You have proven experience in guiding multiple teams to high-performance levels;

• In-depth knowledge of different Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, DevOps, SAFe);

• Experienced with Agile implementations of off the shelf products with an external supplier;

• Energetic personality that can motivate organisations and people for change;

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and orally in Dutch and English;

• Experience with JIRA as tooling for the Agile teams.
