As a Security Officer Entry Control in Holland, MI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic food and beverage location as an Access Control Officer, helping to monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support a smooth flow of employees, visitors, and deliveries. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, and deliver strong customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor check-in activities, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted and/or production areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, paying attention to gates, doors, loading areas, and other access points where working conditions may vary by location.
• Support daily operations by maintaining accurate access records, reporting unusual activity, and following Allied Universal and client-directed security-related procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
