Position: SEN Early Years Educator 
Location: Christchurch Road, Pampisford Road, Purley CR8 2NL
Salary: Up to £26,190,45 per annum
Hours: 5-day 41.25 hours, and 4-day working options
Reports to: Room Leader/Nursery Manager

Are you passionate about early years education? Fennies Nurseries is looking for an enthusiastic Unqualified Nursery Practitioner to help provide the best start for children under 5.

What You Bring:

• SEN Experience: This role will be focused on looking after SEN children.


• Passion for Early Years Education: A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.


• Knowledge of EYFS: A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum.


• Build Strong Relationships: Form bonds with children and their families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported.


• Team Player: Excellent communication skills, the ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive, proactive approach.
