Job Description - Senior Account Executive

Altura is a fast-growing B2B AI-SaaS company with great ambitions.


We created a software solution that helps companies manage complex deals, think proposals for tenders and RFP’s, allowing them to win more. We offer a full-cycle bid management solution to work together seamlessly across departments and use Data and Artificial Intelligence throughout the bid process.

In 2021, we launched Altura. Since then, things have taken off. Our team has grown from 8 to 35 people, and the momentum is still going strong.

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our growing team.

As a Senior Account Executive at Altura, you will play a pivotal role in steering business growth and cultivating strategic relationships with high-profile clients. Leveraging your extensive experience, you'll take the lead in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, expertly negotiating intricate contracts, and ensuring overall client satisfaction. This role requires a profound understanding of complex product portfolios, the ability to effectively communicate intricate value propositions, and skillful navigation of strategic conversations with senior stakeholders. Your contributions will extend to the continual optimization of sales strategies, staying attuned to industry trends, and ensuring the organization maintains a competitive edge in the market.

What you will do:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring client relationships at a senior level.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned high-profile clients, ensuring their evolving needs are not only met but exceeded.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve ambitious sales targets and broaden our customer base.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activity to build pipeline along with taking ownership ofinbound leads.
  • Identify and pursue lucrative business opportunities within the designated market, demonstrating an adept understanding of complex client landscapes.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of prospects' current processes and challenges, offering strategic insights and tailored solutions.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a comparable senior sales role, managing a structured process during sales cycles
  • Native/Bilingual Dutch speaking ability
  • Experience selling a complex product with multiple use cases.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders (internal and external)within your deals, proactively multithreading and being able to shift conversations to a strategic level.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in Dutch and English.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
