The Conversational AI Cloud Product
The Conversation AI Cloud is a cloud-based platform that enables businesses to automate and scale their customer communications through chatbots and virtual assistants. This product is designed to help businesses improve their customer experience by providing a personalized, efficient, and convenient way to communicate.

What you will do 

As a Software Developer in the Conversational AI Cloud team, you'll help build scalable, cloud-native services that power intelligent, natural user interactions. You'll work with C# and .NET to design and maintain high-performance backend systems, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of frontend and backend developers, as well as BI specialists.

We value full-team collaboration and ownership — you’ll contribute to technical decisions, implementation, and delivery. Our stack includes Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines, alongside integrations with AI and NLP components that bring conversational features to life.

Additionally, you ideally have:

• C# Development: Solid hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem, including .NET Framework and .NET Core.

• Cloud & DevOps Mindset: Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (preferably Azure), and a strong interest in CI/CD, containerization, and modern development workflows.

• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.

• Language Skills: Fluency in English, spoken and written, to ensure smooth collaboration in an international environment.

• Attitude & Growth: A can-do attitude, eagerness to learn, and a drive for continuous improvement in both technology and teamwork.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Location: Based within commuting distance of our Tilburg office, enabling active participation in team collaboration and in-person initiatives.
