Senior Broker Construction & Engineering

JCW are currently engaged with a leading insurance client based in Rotterdam to recruit for a Senior Broker Construction & Engineering. We are looking for someone to become the point of contact for insurers, focusing on building and managing relationships within key accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Source submissions from assigned trading partners using dedicated marketing and sales techniques.
• Provide timely renewals to brokers and assureds, maintaining a book of business.
• Attend client meetings as needed and develop distribution networks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years insurance experience, over 10 years preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for maintaining client relationships.
• Fluent both in Dutch and English.
