We ARE Renewables is looking for a Senior Business Consultant Change for one of our clients in the energy sector.

As a Business Consultant, you work on complex change issues. You analyze the current situation, advise on the approach, and develop solutions together with change professionals and process managers, ensuring successful implementation within the Complex Business Unit.

Tasks and Responsibilities

A day as a Business Consultant Change:

You start the day by developing an implementation plan together with the process manager and the business, so that everyone knows who takes on which role during the implementation phase.

You present this plan to the project leader and business owner and assess feasibility, roles, and resources.

After approval, you develop the plan with key users: concrete actions, timelines, and desired results.

In the afternoon, you evaluate a recent IT implementation together with colleagues. You discuss the current status, the results of the past month, and the points of attention that emerged. You also briefly call your key user to brainstorm how best to address these points.

You conclude with a (walking) meeting with your supervisor to discuss your development and the current status.

Key Requirements

A completed higher professional education.

8-10 years of relevant experience with change and implementation issues.

Affinity with – or experience within – the energy sector or a similar complex environment.

Location: Delft + Hybrid

Duration: September 2026 – August 2027 (Extension is possible)
