As a Senior Business Controller/ Head of finance  at LOAVIES, you will be a key player in shaping the financial future of our company. You will act as a strategic business partner, ensuring financial insights drive decision-making. This role requires someone who thrives in a scale-up environment, embraces flexibility, and is eager to enhance financial performance through commercial acumen and strategic analysis. You will work closely with the founding team and play a key role in our leadership team, which is composed of young, talented individuals with a strong drive and passion for branding and success.

THE ROLE:
You will act as the financial business partner to the founding and leadership teams, you will provide vital commercial and strategic insights while owning all financial planning & analysis processes. You'll work closely with leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and conduct variance analysis while identifying initiatives that drive profitability, cost efficiency, and revenue growth.

Your role involves developing and monitoring key financial and operational KPIs to support informed business decisions, as well as providing robust financial modeling for investment decisions and strategic projects. You'll be responsible for maintaining financial data integrity and delivering insightful management reports.

Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Buying, Supply Chain, and Operations, you'll help optimize overall business performance. The position requires adapting financial strategies to align with the dynamic nature of our scale-up environment while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls. Additionally, you'll manage a talented finance team consisting of one financial controller and one finance administrator.
