(Senior) Category Manager E -Store Mobile

As Senior Category Manager E-Store Mobile, Samsung is looking for an experienced professional to lead the commercial, strategic and digital performance of the Mobile category across the Benelux market. In this position, you will define and execute the category strategy for smartphones, tablets, wearables and accessories while working closely with the digital team to deliver an outstanding customer journey from first click to checkout.

Operating as a senior member of the E-Store Mobile team, you combine strategic thinking with operational excellence. You transform market insights, customer behaviour and performance data into initiatives that drive conversion, revenue and long-term brand growth. Working closely with Supply Chain, Digital Marketing, Mobile Division, Corporate Marketing, Logistics and Commercial Finance, you help deliver a seamless online shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term category strategy and commercial roadmap for Mobile on Samsung.com.
  


• Take full ownership of revenue, margin and profitability targets.
  


• Drive sustainable growth across turnover, conversion, average order value and customer satisfaction.
  


• Lead pricing, promotional strategy, portfolio positioning and investment decisions.
  


• Perform in-depth analyses of category performance, consumer behaviour and market trends.
  


• Translate data, market insights and competitive dynamics into strategic actions.
  


• Improve forecast accuracy, stock positioning and sell-out performance together with Supply Chain.
  


• Set high standards for product detail pages, merchandising and checkout performance.
  

Your team

You will join a high-performing E-Store Mobile team consisting of five colleagues, each responsible for a key pillar of Samsung.com. The team culture is collaborative, data-driven and hands-on.

What you bring

• At least 6 years of experience in category management within an eCommerce environment.
  


• A minimum of 3 years in a senior category management role with strategic responsibility and P&L ownership.
  


• Strong analytical skills with experience using GfK, analytics dashboards and forecasting tools.
  


• Proven ability to translate insights into commercial decisions and successful execution.
  


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple organizational levels.
  


• A structured, performance-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  


• Fluency in English; Dutch is considered a strong advantage.
