As a Senior Client Lead at GoSpooky, you take full ownership of managing and expanding entire client units, acting as a key strategic advisor and growth driver. You understand your clients' industries, challenges, and ambitions using this knowledge to shape long-term, scalable partnerships. You lead with a consultative approach, identifying commercial opportunities and guiding both clients and internal teams toward innovative social strategies that deliver impact.

You oversee the full client experience, from strategic business reviews and briefings to commercial planning and escalation management. You ensure strong internal alignment across crafts and lead your client teams with vision, mentorship, and a deep understanding of integrated digital work. Your role is essential in strengthening GoSpooky’s position as a long-term, strategic partner to our clients.

You as Senior Client Lead:

• Have 5+ years of experience in a strategic client-facing role, ideally within a digital or creative agency


• Possess deep knowledge of the digital marketing and social media landscape


• Demonstrate a proven ability to grow client accounts and spot new commercial opportunities


• Are a strong strategic thinker and consultative partner, comfortable leading complex discussions with senior stakeholders


• Are confident in building and presenting strategic business reviews and roadmaps


• Lead by example, mentoring and aligning Client Leads and Executives


• Are fluent in English (Dutch is a plus, depending on the client portfolio)
