Job Description - Senior Commercial Sales Representative (German Speaker)

What Are We Looking For?


SentinelOne is looking for a results-driven Senior Commercial Sales Representative to cover commercial accounts (up to 1,500 employees) across Austria and Switzerland. You’ll need at least 3 years of successfully closing new logos, a hunter mindset, and the drive to consistently exceed targets. You’re someone who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and winning deals.


What Will You Do?


You’ll be responsible for generating revenue from commercial accounts across Austria and Switzerland. This includes managing the full sales cycle, building pipeline, and working closely with both direct customers and our channel partners.


In this role, you will:



  • Own and execute a full-cycle sales process — from prospecting to closing — with decision-makers at mid-sized organizations

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners, field sales, and internal stakeholders to maximize territory potential

  • Grow and manage a healthy pipeline by leveraging a variety of lead sources and outbound strategies

  • Develop deep product and market expertise to clearly articulate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and our competitive landscape to sharpen your consultative selling approach

  • Consistently hit and exceed your revenue targets with precision forecasting and pipeline management

  • Provide timely and accurate weekly forecasts and sales insights to leadership

  • Attend our Amsterdam office 3 times per week


What skills and experience should you bring?



  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Preferably, knowledge of the Austrian and Swiss markets and the customer landscapes there

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving territory growth

  • Experience selling into the commercial segment (50–1,500 employees)

  • Experience working with, or through channel partners is an absolute must

  • Cybersecurity experience is a strong advantage, but not essential

  • Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, from inbound qualification to executive-level negotiations

  • Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Results-oriented mindset with a competitive edge and high level of self-motivation

  • Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection-handling skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
