What we do
Guided by our ARC (Always Relevant Content) approach, we focus on crafting content that stays timely and impactful. Our team includes content creatives and strategists who collaborate closely to deliver highly relevant content for our clients. Together, they form power teams that can quickly transform trends into tailored content within 24 hours or develop long-lasting series and formats that deeply resonate with communities across various platforms. And if the insights are really strong we build it out to impactful campaigns.

As a Senior Content Creative, you’re a skilled storyteller with a talent for crafting organic social content for brands on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. With more than 5 years of agency experience, you’re proficient in ideating creative concepts, presenting ideas to clients, operating a phone camera, and editing to enhance stories.

You know how to hook viewers and keep them engaged, drawing inspiration from creators like MrBeast, who consistently goes viral, Jacquemus with their aesthetic Instagram carousels, Kai Cenat’s ability to hold attention for hours, and Kinigra Deon, who creates Netflix-quality episodes with her siblings.

We are looking for a Dutch speaking Senior Content Creative with excellent English skills. Applications without a portfolio will not be taken into consideration.

• Ideate and produce short-form video content for brands on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.


• Collaborate with the content strategist to create engaging, on-brand, on-platform content that resonates with the community.


• Stay updated on the latest short-form platform features and trends, turning them into impactful brand content.
  

You as a Senior Content Creative

• Passionate about storytelling through short-form video.


• Skilled in developing content formats, and series and presenting them to clients.


• Proficient in capturing content with cameras or smartphones, with a strong grasp of lighting and framing.


• Enthusiastic user of TikTok, Instagram, and Shorts.


• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in using in-app editing tools like YouTube Creator Studio, CapCut, and Reels.


• Fluently in Dutch and English.
