Senior Customer Service Representative

As our new Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll be handling complex customer enquiries, preparing technical quotations, and mentoring colleagues that ensure industry customers across Europe receive outstanding support. What you will be doing 

As a key part of the Industry Customer Services team, you'll create impact by combining your technical expertise and commercial acumen to elevate the customer experience while guiding your team toward best-in-class service delivery. 

Your main responsibilities include: 

• Handle complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism, speed, and accuracy 


• Prepare technical quotations and offers, ensuring they meet customer requirements and commercial standards 


• Act as a subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and best practices with team members 


• Maintain and optimize customer data in SAP CRM to ensure data quality and process efficiency 


• Support process improvement initiatives and projects that enhance the overall customer experience

We'd also imagine that you are/have: 

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, ideally within a technical or industrial environment 


• Strong technical and commercial understanding of products and processes 


• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP CRM 


• Good command of English, Dutch and French both written and verbal 

It's a plus if you also: 

• Experience within Grundfos or a similar pump/water technology company 


• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to improve processes and challenge the status quo
