Growing the team
Orderchamp is planning its launch in April. Following initial contact with launching Suppliers we are looking to expand our team with the right people to enable exponential growth. We are looking to complete our current team with an additional (business) leader.

Organization
Orderchamp is creating the new b2b wholesale platform: where suppliers and retailers can seamlessly interact to source/sell lifestyle products and build long term relationships. The platform will launch in the BNLX area early April. Orderchamp intends to scale throughout Europe. More information on Orderchamp can be found on https://business.orderchamp.com

Function
You co-develop and execute the commercial and overall business strategy. Engage and lead selected teams. P&L responsible.

Requirements

• You should ideally hold a university degree in a business administration-related field
• Demonstrated track record in: i) E-commerce; ii) SaaS; iii) Commerce / Deal making and; iv) Demonstrated Marketplace experience
• Multiple years of experience in a managerial position at a company-wide or divisional level
• Experience in an international business environment
• Fluent in Dutch, English and minimal working proficiency in one other European language
• Experience setting up or having managed, a start-up team or division
• You are result-oriented, process-oriented and solution-oriented and are very assertive
• Winning demeanour with keen negotiation skills and diplomacy (you can operate with ease at all levels)
• Excellent social competences and proven ability to motivate, hire, train and retain employees
• Enthusiastic and dynamic person with excellent communication skills
