The Challenge

To realize our ambitions for continuous improvement and reliability in group consolidation and reporting, we are establishing a dedicated OneStream Development Team. This multidisciplinary team supports all divisions and the Group by enhancing our Corporate Performance Management platform (OneStream). As Senior Financial Systems Developer, you will be a driving force behind this team.

Your Role

• Lead the technical design, development, and maintenance of OneStream solutions, including business rules, calculations, dashboards, and integrations.


• Translate business requirements from Product Owners and key users into robust, scalable technical solutions within OneStream.


• Manage and mentor a Financial Systems Developer, fostering skill development and knowledge sharing.


• Ensure high-quality code and configuration through peer review, testing, and documentation.


• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, key users, and external support to deliver enhancements in line with Agile principles (Kanban/quarterly cycles).


• Maintain a transparent backlog of requests and improvements, supporting continuous delivery and rapid response to business needs.


• Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization, automation, and improved user experience.


• Support quarterly release cycles and ensure solutions are aligned with financial reporting schedules and compliance requirements.


• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (aligned with product owners), ensuring system reliability and data integrity.


• Stay current with OneStream best practices and new features, sharing knowledge within the team.

Who Are We Looking For?

• International profile: At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in an international context.


• Technical expertise: Deep hands-on experience with OneStream (business rules, calculations, workflows, security). Likes to translate user requests to tangible and user-friendly builds. Thinks in data models. Experience with Power BI (especially data modeling) is a plus.


• Finance expertise: experienced in set-up of financial reports and has evolved from a strong finance foundation into a role focused on implementing and optimizing consolidation systems, strong understanding of group consolidation and financial implications, financial reporting, and related business processes.


• Team leadership: Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members.


• Agile mindset: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum) and working in cross-functional teams.


• Stakeholder management: Able to operate comfortably at all levels, from executive board to divisional and project teams.


• Analytical & pragmatic: Combines sharp analysis with a practical, results-oriented approach.


• Language: Excellent command of English; Dutch is a plus.
