Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple countries, you will enhance salary structures, bonuses, pensions, and non-financial benefits. Reporting directly to the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will serve as a trusted expert, providing insights and recommendations that influence decision-making at the highest levels.

As Senior Global Reward Manager, you will:
You are a forward-thinking, data-savvy rewards professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for making an impact. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and excel at building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. You are a trusted advisor who communicates effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
· 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related field, with a proven track record in global reward management.
· Strong analytical, project management, and Excel skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights for senior leaders.
· Excellent English communication skills for effective work in a multicultural environment.
· You handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
· Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing shifting priorities and deadlines.
· Eager to grow with Rituals, expanding expertise in rewards, performance management, and international mobility.
· Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on adding value.
