Senior IFS Cloud Business Analyst

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of Business Analysis and ERP consulting experience.
  


• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with IFS Applications / IFS Cloud.
  


• Lead business process discovery, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis workshops.
  


• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and standardization.
  


• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
  


• Support business process harmonization across multiple business units.
  


• Design and validate IFS Cloud solutions across Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), Maintenance Management, PSO, Supply Chain, Finance, Projects, and Service Management.
  


• Ensure solutions align with utility business processes and regulatory requirements.
  


• Participate in configuration workshops and review functional deliverables.
  


• Support initiatives related to Asset Lifecycle Management, Work Planning, Maintenance & Reliability, Field Workforce Optimization, and Inventory Management.
  


• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and process owners.
  


• Facilitate workshops with Dutch-speaking business users and leadership teams.
  


• Coordinate activities across business, IT, and implementation partners.
  


• Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
  


• Strong experience with IFS Cloud implementations and business process analysis.
  


• Expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), Maintenance Management, Projects, Supply Chain, Finance, and PSO.
  


• Strong understanding of utility business processes, including Electricity and Gas Distribution, Asset Investment Planning, and Grid Operations.
  


• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and preparing functional specifications.
  


• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Visio.
  


• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  


• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  


• Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle IFS Cloud implementations.
  


• Proven experience facilitating workshops in Dutch.
  


• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch and professional proficiency in English.
  


• Experience with field workforce management and maintenance operations.
  


• Understanding of Dutch utility operating models.
  


• Experience conducting business workshops and end-user training in Dutch.
  


• Experience working closely with utility business process owners and operational teams.
  


• Preferred Certifications: IFS Cloud Functional Consultant Certification, IFS EAM Certification, CBAP or CCBA, Agile/Scrum Certification, Lean Six Sigma
  


• Preferred Industry Experience: Utilities, Energy Distribution, TSO/DSO organizations, Infrastructure and asset-intensive industries
