Senior Implementation Manager Acceptance

• Developing the approach to business implementation within Information Transition.
  
• Managing business implementation in assignments and organizational units of PZH.
  
• Provide input for project and annual plans of business implementation and change management.
  
• Monitoring progress and managing dependencies within the implementation team.
  
• Maintaining contacts and coordinating and steering at domain level regarding business implementation.
  
• Aligning and coordinating change movements with other changes within PZH.
  
• Coordinating with management organizations and advising on assurance with ITIL, ASL and BISL.
  
• Align with "This is how we do it!" about communication to support implementation.
  
• Operationalizing and creating support among end users on attitude and behavior, digital literacy and training.
  
• Creation of business, IT and project acceptance criteria.
  

Requirements

• Available during the period from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 for 32 -36 hours per week and flexibly deployable.
  
• At least demonstrably obtained HBO diploma.
  
• At least 8 years of demonstrable work experience in setting up and implementing projects in a government organization or related to it.
  
• At least 8 years of demonstrable work experience as a consultant or manager in a politically driven environment similar to PZH.
  
• At least 10 years of demonstrable work experience in setting up, organizing and leading projects with a strong IT component, in which business implementation and acceptance were preferably an important aspect.
  
• At least 6 years of demonstrable work experience with change and transition management in the role of consultant or manager.
