As a Senior Implementation Manager Acceptance, you are responsible for the integral business implementation and acceptance of end products within the PZH organization. You will develop and manage the generic approach and process for business implementation and manage the implementation in assignments and organizational units of PZH. You work closely with technical specialists and data analysts, manage scope, planning, risks and decision -making and ensure acceptance and transfer to the line organization. In addition, you will coordinate change movements with other change processes within PZH, advise management organizations on embedding with existing management standards and draw up business, IT and project acceptance criteria.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Developing the approach to business implementation within Information Transition.
Managing business implementation in assignments and organizational units of PZH.
Provide input for project and annual plans of business implementation and change management.
Monitoring progress and managing dependencies within the implementation team.
Maintaining contacts and coordinating and steering at domain level regarding business implementation.
Aligning and coordinating change movements with other changes within PZH.
Coordinating with management organizations and advising on assurance with ITIL, ASL and BISL.
Align with "This is how we do it!" about communication to support implementation.
Operationalizing and creating support among end users on attitude and behavior, digital literacy and training.
Creation of business, IT and project acceptance criteria.
Requirements
Available during the period from 1 March 2026 to 28 February 2027 for 32 -36 hours per week and flexibly deployable.
At least demonstrably obtained HBO diploma.
At least 8 years of demonstrable work experience in setting up and implementing projects in a government organization or related to it.
At least 8 years of demonstrable work experience as a consultant or manager in a politically driven environment similar to PZH.
At least 10 years of demonstrable work experience in setting up, organizing and leading projects with a strong IT component, in which business implementation and acceptance were preferably an important aspect.
At least 6 years of demonstrable work experience with change and transition management in the role of consultant or manager.
