    • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
    • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions
    • Develop and deliver multi-modecommunications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences
    • Drive product requirements across your team along with the ability to influence dependencies and align requirements other product teams across the company
    • Work with ISV and SI partners to complement product roadmap and bring holistic solutions to the market.
    • To be successful in this role you have:

      • 5+ years of softwareproductmanagement experience
      • Strong prioritizationskillsandthediscipline to focus on highimpactactivities
      • Experiencegathering andcapturingproductrequirementsandtransforming them intoaproduct roadmap
      • Deep curiosity about customerneeds and a track record inbuilding customer relationshipsand delivering customer-centric solutions
      • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and current applications portfolio is a huge plus
      • Knowledge of Manufacturing Systems (ERP, MES, CMMS) is a huge plus (SAP PM, IBM Maximo, JDE) is a huge plus
      • Experience with RCA methodologies is a huge plus (Ishihawa, 5 Whys)
      • Experience with other manufacturing management practices is a plus (5S, CAPA, SHE)
