Job Description - Senior Incasso Medewerker (f/m/d) (remote)

PAIR Finance was founded in Germany in 2016 with the vision of making the debt collection industry in Europe more digital, efficient and customer-centric. Our debt collection process is focused on this vision and our mission to collect efficiently without jeopardizing the customer relationship. Especially in the amicable collection phase, our innovative approach using AI allows us to make a real difference compared to the approach of traditional providers and act in a more service-oriented way.

Since June 2023 we are also active in the BeNeLux and we are growing fast!
Do you know all facets of the debt collection profession? Are you the person who is always ready to help their colleagues and answer substantive questions? Do you always have a listening ear for customers and can you communicate in a solution-oriented way? Do you enjoy working in a fast growing company? Confident communication with clients, consumers and third parties (e.g. lawyers) via e-mail, chat and letter and the solution-oriented and competent support of the requests.
Handling of legal issues, such as inquiries from debt counseling agencies, or criminal charges and being a contact person for the bailiff on court files.
Being available as a contact person for your colleagues, clients and customers in case of technically complex topics and legal issues.
Process files in a commercially effective manner and maintain CRM systems.
Collecting feedback from clients and customers and thus supporting the improvement of technology and services.
Further development of internal processes and structures to strengthen the own team.

Several years (5+) of experience in customer service with a focus on receivables management/debt collection.
Passion for contributing to fast-paced environments and to continuously improve processes and standards.
Mandatory business fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Good MS Office skills and a passion for new technologies such as AI.
A completed MBO level 4 education is mandatory.
A completed NVI basic course is a requirement and a completed NVI problematic debt course is a plus.
