Role Summary: 

 

Join DeepHealth as a Senior Integrated Communications Manager and shape the strategic communications that connect our global teams, guide transformational change, and establish our leadership voice in AI-powered healthcare innovation. You'll drive comprehensive internal communications that engage and empower our teams while orchestrating purposeful communications plans as we expand through strategic acquisitions and organizational evolution. Partnering closely with the wider Communications and Marketing team, executive leadership, and other cross-functional teams, you will deliver integrated communications initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging that advances our mission.  

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities   

  • Internal Communications and Employee Engagement – Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications strategies that foster informed, engaged, resilient, and empowered employees to advance our mission. 

  • Organizational Change & Integration Communications - Lead integrated communications plans for mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and strategic organizational pivots, ensuring seamless stakeholder alignment, buy-in, and momentum. 

  • Leadership Communications - Develop and execute executive communications strategies that establish our leaders as key industry voices while delivering high-impact internal messaging that reinforces strategic vision and organizational direction. 

  • Integrated Communications Initiatives - Collaborate with leadership and the wider Communications and Marketing team to drive projects across internal and external audiences and channels, supporting broader communications objectives. 

  • Strategic Communications Advisor - Provides strategic guidance on sensitive topics and proactively develops key messages and assets that ensure consistent messaging frameworks for reputation management. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in integrated communications, with a proven track record in M&A communications, organizational transformation, or change management communications. 

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with ability to translate complex business concepts into clear communications. 

  • Experience in working in a global, matrix organization.  

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience with digital internal communication platforms and employee engagement tools. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global, multi-cultural environment. 

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Experience in healthcare, technology, or highly regulated industries preferred.
