Job Description - Senior IntelliSuite Reconciliation Consultant (ID: 3899)

As a Senior IntelliSuite Reconciliation Consultant, you will:
  • Design, configure, and support enterprise reconciliation solutions using IntelliSuite applications, including IntelliMATCH (DIM) and IntelliTRACS (PIM).
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reconciliation processes to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial data processing.
  • Configure reconciliation rules, workflows, and exception handling to support business and operational requirements.
  • Analyze reconciliation breaks, investigate discrepancies, and work with business stakeholders to resolve data issues efficiently.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support reconciliation processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and technology teams to understand reconciliation requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Support production environments by troubleshooting application issues, monitoring reconciliation jobs, and ensuring operational stability.
  • Participate in application enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support deployment activities and work with Azure -based deployment pipelines where applicable.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to banking standards, governance, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge -sharing initiatives.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 6–8 years of experience in financial technology, reconciliation platforms, or enterprise application support.
  • Hands -on experience with IntelliSuite applications, including IntelliMATCH (DIM) and IntelliTRACS (PIM) (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of financial reconciliation processes and exception management.
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience writing complex queries, procedures, and data analysis scripts.
  • Experience supporting enterprise reconciliation platforms within banking or financial services environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines or Azure deployment processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile development and delivery methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem -solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You Should Possess the Ability to:
  • Configure and support enterprise reconciliation solutions using IntelliMATCH and IntelliTRACS.
  • Analyze complex reconciliation issues and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Optimize SQL -based reconciliation processes for performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate effectively with business, operations, and technology teams.
  • Support production environments while maintaining high service availability.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, governance standards, and operational controls.
  • Drive continuous improvement across reconciliation processes and application performance.
