Job Description - Senior Java Backend Developer (ID:3486)

As a Senior Java Backend Developer, you will:

Design, develop, and deliver high -quality, scalable, secure enterprise -grade backend applications using Java and related technologies
Build and maintain microservices -based architectures using Java 17 and Spring Boot
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless system communication
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, writing optimized queries and ensuring data integrity
Implement and collaborate on CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Containerize applications using Docker and support deployments in cloud environments
Manage and support Azure services including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and Azure Storage
Collaborate with cross -functional teams in an Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environment
Contribute to architectural decisions and promote best practices in microservices design

What You Bring to the Table:

6–8 years of hands -on experience in backend development using Java
Strong experience with Java 17, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA
Solid understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
Hands -on exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Practical knowledge of Docker and build tools such as Maven or Gradle
Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, and Storage
Exposure to Agile ways of working
Azure certifications (AZ -104 / AZ -204) are a strong plus

You Should Possess the Ability to:

Design scalable and secure backend solutions for enterprise applications
Translate business requirements into technical implementations
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Optimize application performance and database queries
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate effectively with developers, QA, DevOps, and product teams
