Job Description - Senior Java Solution Designer / Architect (ID: 3063)

As a Senior Java Solution Designer / Architect, you will:
  • Lead the architectural design and development of scalable Java-based enterprise solutions.
  • Define the migration strategy and roadmap for legacy applications to modern platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, coding, testing, and deployment.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Over 10 years of experience in Java development, including at least 3+ years in a Solution Designer / Architect role.
  • Strong knowledge of Java structure and frameworks, with a deep understanding of design patterns and architecture principles.
  • Proven experience in application migration projects, including assessment, planning, and execution.
  • Familiarity with Google Data Engineering tools and related competencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Design end-to-end solutions tailored to business needs using Java technologies.
  • Analyze existing systems and define clear migration strategies with minimal disruption.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural enhancements.
  • Guide and support development teams through implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and architectural diagrams.
