• a university degree and at least 1o years’ consulting experience in portfolio, program and project management; 
• knowledge of the ER&I sector and transformation programs (think of: a digital transformation, an organization and operating model transformation, or an energy transition program), enabling you to contribute substantively to client discussions;  
• an extensive ER&I network relevant to shaping and delivering consulting engagements;  
• strong analytical skills, in addition to being entrepreneurial, ambitious and commercially minded;  
• strong leadership capabilities to build and further develop your team of consultants within Deloitte for this market;  
• excellent command of Dutch and English (both spoken and written at professional level).

As a Senior Manager within the Major Programs team, you play a key role in guiding largescale transformations at leading organisations in the Energy, Resources & Industrials (ER&I) sector. 

You support clients in designing, delivering and strengthening substantial change programs in the ER&I sector. In doing so, you combine strategic insight with digital and technological expertise and strong execution capabilities. You oversee progress and quality, manage stakeholders at various levels, and ensure effective delivery with a clear focus on risks, decision-making and organisational impact. 

You work closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines across Deloitte to deliver complete, integrated and futureproof solutions. You contribute to complex and strategic engagements with visible impact. You are at the heart of organisational transformations and will be part of a close, energetic and ambitious team where collaboration and enjoyment go hand in hand. 

You will share your expertise with approximately 180 colleagues in the Organisation & Workforce Transformation team, which is part of Deloitte Technology & Transformation. Our team guides and supports clients in developing and implementing (large, international) transformations. We advise on the implementation of new processes or IT systems, support the human side of mergers, help (re)design organisations, develop and support change strategies, and shape the associated communication and change approach. Within our team, we believe it is important to continuously develop yourself.
