• Master’s degree in relevant business discipline.
• More than 8–10 years’ experience with a proven track record business/operational transformation programs, preferably in consulting.
• Experience in consumer business industry with deep understanding of core processes and value drivers.
• Managed large teams or multiple projects simultaneously where you developed the people skills to guide and develop high-performing teams.

As a Senior Manager, you lead multidisciplinary Deloitte teams to deliver value to our clients throughout the entire transformation lifecycle. This starts with defining an operational strategy and extends to (re)designing, optimizing, and implementing the operating model and core processes. You build meaningful and lasting relationships with our clients and are an excellent project manager with industry expertise. With a strategic mindset and (digital) technologies as a starting point, you help define future-proof solutions to make our clients more efficient, customer-centric, and sustainable.
