Senior Managing Consultant

As a Managing Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our regulatory consulting business and becoming a leader within our organization. You will work closely with clients in various capacities, guiding them through the process of achieving demonstrable compliance with regulatory requirements. By implementing robust internal control solutions, you will help clients establish effective governance frameworks, ensuring long-term compliance and control.

Your expertise in regulations and industry best practices will ensure that clients implement solutions that fully address their governance and compliance challenges.

In addition to advising clients, you will actively contribute to team growth, creating opportunities for learning and professional development. You’ll be involved in project management, ensuring solutions are aligned with regulatory requirements. Your role will also involve representing DM Financial at client assignments, knowledge-sharing sessions, and commercial activities.

As a Managing Consultant, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, working with both clients and DM colleagues, and have ample opportunities to diversify your skills across various consulting roles.

• A higher education degree (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance & Control, or Law.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in the financial services industry (e.g., Compliance, Legal & Risk, project management, or consulting).
• Strong affinity with asset management, internal control, and regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of financial laws and regulations, including:
  • AIFMD, GDPR, Wft, Wwft, EMIR, MiFID, DORA, and SFDR.
• Proven experience in consultancy, project management, and/or internal advising.
• A strong interest in sales, knowledge-sharing, and coaching others.
• Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies, particularly AI, and how to leverage innovations to develop new services that address client needs and improve regulatory solutions.

You thrive on working with regulatory projects, tackling internal control challenges, and providing expert advice to clients. As a Managing Consultant, you will lead client engagements, offering strategic guidance with integrity and attention to detail.

You are comfortable communicating at all levels, from team members to senior stakeholders, and excel at establishing clear agreements regarding service quality and delivery.
