Job Description - Senior nCino Developer (ID: 4115)

As a Senior nCino Developer, you will
  • Design, develop, customize, and maintain solutions using the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.
  • Develop and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex and related Salesforce technologies.
  • Administer and configure the nCino platform to support banking and loan-related business processes.
  • Integrate nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and appropriate authentication protocols.
  • Manage deployment automation and release processes using CI/CD tools such as AutoRABIT.
  • Work with SQL and database technologies to support data management, querying, and application requirements.
  • Use Azure DevOps for pipeline management, work tracking, and development activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in an Agile development environment.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure the reliability of nCino solutions.
  • Follow development standards, version control practices, and established deployment procedures.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Around 6 years of hands-on experience with the nCino Bank Operating System and its core modules.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Apex development.
  • Hands-on experience in nCino administration and configuration.
  • Experience integrating nCino with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and authentication protocols.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly AutoRABIT, for deployment automation.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and database technologies.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines and work tracking, including Simplify@Scale practices.
  • Experience with Git and version control is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of banking, lending, and loan-related business processes.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
You should possess the ability to
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain scalable nCino and Salesforce applications.
  • Design and implement system integrations while ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
  • Manage code deployments and support CI/CD automation.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams.
  • Communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement.
