Job Description - Senior Operation Engineer (ID: 3957)

As a Senior Ops Engineer, you will:

Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of internet-facing commercial banking systems.
Monitor, support, and maintain all Order Manager environments through automation and testing.
Deploy, manage, and optimize Azure-based infrastructure and services.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient software delivery.
Perform code reviews, repository management, and deployment activities following DevOps best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver reliable production solutions.
Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
Manage incidents, system changes, and production support while maintaining high service availability.

What You Bring to the Table:

10+ years of experience in Operations Engineering, DevOps, or Production Support.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including deployments, repository management, and code reviews.
Hands-on expertise in CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices.
Experience working in the Banking domain or supporting financial services applications.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent project and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within large enterprise teams.

You should possess the ability to:

Design, deploy, and support Azure-based production environments.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
Monitor critical systems and proactively resolve production issues.
Automate operational processes to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Conduct code reviews and manage source code repositories following best practices.
Analyze complex technical issues and communicate key findings effectively.
Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with distributed Agile teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
