As Senior Human Capital Development Specialist, you will be part of a team of professionals and shape and scale key areas such as leadership development, culture,engagement and diversity , some well established, others still being built. You combine strong business acumen with deep expertise across People development domains and a pragmatic, data-driven mindset to deliver scalable solutions. You will play a central role in building leadership capability, strengthening culture, and elevating overall STX performance. Your impact will extend beyond your own team, actively shaping a high-performing culture across the organization.
This is not a traditional HR role. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and commercially driven environment, you are expected to bring both strategic depth and hands-on execution. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting high standards, and delivering tangible business impact through people. This role is suited for someone who brings clear ownership across multiple development domains and consistently translates expertise into high-quality, practical outcomes.
