Job Description

As part of our Services Project Management Office you will guide strategic global initiatives delivering transformational change to the organizations, processes, systems and data that drive our multi-billion euro services business.

Your role:

  • Coordinate across strategic services initiatives within our Transformation Portfolio, guiding program/project managers to deliver results efficiently and effectively.
  • Project manage the design and build of strategic, global, services capabilities (including processes, tools, competencies and data).
  • Collaborate closely with our Business Process Experts, Project Management Office, businesses, regions and supporting functions (including IT development teams and Quality & Regulatory teams).
  • Build your project and program management skills in a complex and challenging environment working with large multidisciplinary (and often virtual) teams, while taking advantage of the support offered by our extensive project management community, frameworks and tools.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years’ project, program or PMO management experience, preferably in cross-functional multidisciplinary projects. Experience in a regulated healthcare environment is a plus.
  • You have experience managing transformational changes within a services environment - with the capability to both drive excellence in programs / projects and to deliver business value in partnership with services experts.
  • You can bring exemplary organizational skills to manage and motivate global project teams through complexity and ambiguity.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and professional project management certification (PMP preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and presentation skills, able to operate at all levels both internally and externally (minimum C1 level).

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.​ Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.​

This role is an office role.
