As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting seamless user experiences that make energy independence accessible to households worldwide. Collaborating with Designers, Product Managers, Marketers, and Engineers, you will tackle design challenges from discovery to implementation. You’ll shape our web and app interfaces, contribute to our design system, and ensure consistency across platforms, all while validating your ideas through data-driven testing.

Your expertise will be crucial in turning complex business requirements into engaging, user-friendly solutions that solve real problems and delight users. With your strong visual design skills and attention to detail, you’ll help evolve our design practices and elevate our product to new heights.

• Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive designs and experiences for both web and mobile platforms.

• Deliver a range of design outputs such as user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished final designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain a consistent, user-focused design system.

• Use both qualitative and quantitative data to validate and iterate on design solutions.

• Advocate for a user-centric perspective in product discussions, ensuring alignment with our strategy and goals.

• Elevate existing solutions while balancing speed and quality.

• Guide the implementation of design patterns and ensure adherence to design standards.
