Job description

iChoosr is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager. This position requires a user-first mentality, strong eye for detail and an analytic mindset. You have robust stakeholder management skills and have solid data available to back your arguments. We’re looking for a candidate who brings focus to the work, structure to the team, and clarity to the stakeholders. You like to make complex things simple.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering high-impact products that align with iChoosr’s mission and business goals. You will be responsible for setting a clear product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating and delivering a clear product roadmap for your area, in line with the company’s vision, mission, and strategy.

• Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs, desires, and pain points through interviews, sales and support team discussions, and data analysis.

• Ensuring solutions are loved by users and customers while being viable for iChoosr.

• Taking part in product discovery, testing, and advocating for building the right solutions for users.

• Designing and executing product experiments with autonomy while maintaining close communication with teams.

• Running user interviews and market research to validate product decisions and identify new opportunities.

• Tracking industry trends and the competitive landscape as they pertain to the product.

• Getting buy-in and building excitement with senior stakeholders.

• Driving the delivery of product initiatives, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.

• Contributing to improving the product development life cycle and implementing best practices.

Who are you?

• 5+ years of experience as a product manager, working directly with engineers, designers, and data scientists.

• Proven ability to drive measurable business and product outcomes (e.g., user growth, monetization, engagement, retention).

• Strong prioritization skills and an execution-focused attitude.

• Experience working in an agile (Scrum) environment.

• Excellent analytical skills with strong user empathy, using both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

• A bias for action—capable of breaking down complex problems into tangible steps.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and build consensus.

• Understanding what motivates and pains users, and why they act in certain ways.

• Making their needs the focal point of all decisions and designs, and acting as their champion throughout the business.

• Thinking ahead, coordinating with other teams (internal & partners), and building for the future.

• Passion for the energy transition and a keen interest in making a positive impact.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
