At iPractice we're on a mission to make mental healthcare accessible to everyone. There is a large, growing and urgent need for mental healthcare in the Netherlands, with current waiting lists for the GGZ exceeding 90.000 people. At iPractice we strive to make mental healthcare more accessible through an innovative concept, and in doing so realise a new standard for the GGZ. We currently operate our services in the Netherlands and Germany with an ambition to increase our European footprint.

To achieve this, we use an innovative personalised approach with the use of the newest, in-house developed technology. By automating as much as possible, our psychologists keep more time for our patients. Our ‘High Tech, High Touch’ method can increase the capacity and effectiveness of psychologists. And so, we contribute to lowering waiting times and making mental healthcare accessible.

Your job

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and expanding our product, securing iPractice’s position as the practice of the future. Our vision is to build a cutting-edge platform that integrates and streamlines the workflow for clients and psychologists, leveraging AI to ensure as many people as possible receive the quality care they need.

In this role, you will define the strategic outlook for our product, translating it into an ambitious yet realistic roadmap. You will be responsible for transforming the roadmap into tangible features and building the backlog accordingly. By working closely with our team of psychologists, you will gain a deep understanding of their needs and the needs of our clients to ensure we build a product that genuinely addresses their challenges.

You will be part of a small, autonomous, and self-starting team, working alongside two highly experienced senior developers. Together, you will decide how to grow the team to achieve the roadmap you will help define. You will play a leading role in professionalizing our product processes to ensure we remain flexible and adaptable as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand our product to solidify iPractice's position as the practice of the future;
• Define the strategic outlook and create a detailed roadmap on the digital product as well as the BI dashboards;
• Translate the roadmap into tangible features and build the backlog;
• Collaborate with psychologists to understand their needs and those of our clients;
• Lead a small, autonomous team and make strategic decisions about team growth;
• Professionalize product processes to maintain flexibility and adaptability as the company scales.

About you

You enjoy working with people and you like to work in a team. You are enthusiastic about mental health, which is a topic as natural to you as going to the gym. Your motto is: you can learn from setbacks and you should celebrate success!

Next to that, you:

• Have a true product mindset. The ability to balance the needs of clients, technology and business objectives to develop the best products for our psychologists and clients;
• Have a proven track record in successfully scaling digital products;
• Have a thirst for qualitative and quantitative insights to shape your views;
• Have a natural ability to collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines;
• Have a keen interest and preferably some experience in product design (preferably within Figma);
• Bring 5+ years hands on experience in digital product ownership;
• You have strong analytical capabilities and extensive experience with tools like PowerBI to deliver innovative and data driven insights and solutions;
• Are familiar with all things agile, from backlogs to retro’s;
• Are able to draw positive energy from the dynamics of a scale-up environment;
• Are fluent in English and in Dutch too, living near Amsterdam.
