Senior Product Manager - Skills & Compliance Team

Are you a passionate edtech enthusiast, driven by the desire to revolutionize learning through AI and skill development? Join Studytube’s Skills & Compliance team as a Senior Product Manager! In this role, you will be at the heart of learner development. You will be responsible for researching & improving skill-based learning, as well as maintaining and enhancing the compliance/qualification features. You will work closely with a hybrid/remote team, and collaborate with UX and design experts on complex projects.

What you will be doing

• Research & implement improvements to Studytube’s skill-based learning to help learners develop themselves.

• Help organisations ensure regulatory standards by improving our compliance & qualification system.

• Collaborate with UX/design teams to address complex product challenges.

• Drive the product strategy and roadmap for the Skills & Compliance team.

• Gather and prioritise product requirements from various stakeholders.

• Oversee product development from ideation to release.

Your profile

You have extensive experience in managing complex B2B software products and excel in a hybrid or remote work environment. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly UX and design, to tackle intricate topics. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to deliver high-quality product solutions.

You can

• Develop and implement strategies for new and existing product features.

• Work effectively with remote/hybrid teams.

• Collaborate with UX and design teams to enhance user experiences.

• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

• Lead product development cycles and ensure timely delivery.

• Have excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between different cultures

You have

• 5+ years experience in B2B software product management.

• Proven track record of managing complex software projects.

• Strong collaboration skills with UX/design teams.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• User-centric approach and attention to detail.

• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance and qualification systems.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Background in data analysis and metrics-driven decision making.

• Fluency in Dutch (as many of our customers are Dutch)
