Job Description - Senior Python Developer - GCP Cloud Run (ID: 2934)

As a Senior Python Developer, you will:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure Python-based microservices.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Cloud Run and Cloud Functions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features in a microservices architecture.
Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline automated testing and deployment processes.
Monitor and troubleshoot production environments to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, microservices, and Python development.

What You Bring to the Table:

6–8 years of hands-on experience in Python development with a strong focus on microservices architecture.
Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid experience working with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and other related services.
Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, including strong data modeling skills.
Expertise in version control systems such as Git.
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
Familiarity with Python frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Exposure to DevOps tools and practices such as Terraform and Jenkins.
Understanding of monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Stackdriver (Cloud Monitoring).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

Effectively collaborate with engineers, DevOps, and product teams.
Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve backend systems.
Adapt quickly to changing technologies and environments.
Maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability for code and systems.
