Job Description - Senior Recruitment Consultant

Qualifications we ask for

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 year experience in Recruitment / Executive search
  • Extensive knowledge on 
  • Commercial & result driven mindset
  • Dedicated to proceed your career within Executive Search in the Renewable Energy
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus!
  • Living in the Amsterdam area is a must



Key responsibilities

  • Build and run your ‘own’ business within CGS 
  • 360 Headhunting: from sourcing to placement
  • New Business Development to create your personal client portfolio
  • Pro-actively advise clients and manage relationships with hiring managers
  • Negotiate T&C’s, SLA’s and RPO’s
  • Business optimization to strengthen your relationships and upsell your services
  • Guiding your candidates through the entire application process at your client
  • Buddy and pro-actively guide Junior consultants

As a senior you will have the chance to develop yourself towards a Managing- or Principal Consultant role.
