About the role The heart of our business is the dynamic front office, where success is driven by exceptional sales & brokerage talent. We are seeking a Recruitment professional who will focus on deep sourcing and bringing in professionals to our front office. In this role, you will directly contribute to the growth and success of OTC FLOW by ensuring we hire the best sales traders and brokers to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities
Leverage a variety of talent sourcing strategies, including networking, referrals, social media, job boards, events, and advanced Boolean search, to identify and attract top-tier sales talent.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for both immediate and future hiring needs.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening calls and HR interviews, and coordinating with internal teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from the initial contact through to job offer negotiation.
Provide stakeholders with reliable insights into talent markets and salary benchmarks, maintain proactive and effective communication with hiring managers.
Consistently meet individual and team KPIs.
Actively contribute to various HR brand initiatives.
Our ideal candidate
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years dedicated to hiring for sales & business development roles in non-tech industries (e.g., sales traders, sales reps, brokers, business developers, sales specialists).
A wide network within the sales, brokerage, and sales trading sectors (preferably within the commodities field).
Global recruiting experience and fluency in English, along with one additional European language (preferably German or Dutch).
Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to effectively evaluate candidates’ sales capabilities.
In-depth knowledge of CV sourcing beyond LinkedIn.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
High attention to detail and confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and an autonomous work approach.
