• Team Mentorship: Guide a team of developers and consultants, providing technical direction and coaching to elevate the team’s collective skill set and delivery quality.

The ideal candidate:

• Dutch & English Proficiency: Mandatory professional-level Dutch and business-level English are required to manage local client relationships and internal collaboration.

• Consultancy Expertise: Minimum of 4 years in Salesforce consultancy with a proven track record of facilitating workshops and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

• Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform limitations and capabilities, with the ability to create architectural diagrams and technical estimates.
