Senior SAP S/4HANA Lead Consultant

Lead discovery workshops to assess current ERP landscapes, identify business challenges, and define high-level solution approaches. Translate business requirements into SAP solution concepts and transformation roadmaps. Provide hands-on consulting in your area of SAP expertise (e.g., FICO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, etc.). Identify and coordinate the involvement of additional experts when needed for deeper dives. Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Support presales activities, including scoping, effort estimation, and proposal development. Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the transformation journey. A completed bachelor/university degree in (Business) Informatics, Economics, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP consulting, with deep expertise in at least one core module; Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and early-phase assessments; Strong understanding of S/4HANA capabilities, transformation approaches, and industry best practices; Fluent English is required; Dutch language skills are a strong plus; Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering value.
