Senior SEO/GEO Specialist

The Search team of dentsu is looking for a new Senior SEO specialist with an affinity for smart AI implementations. A pioneer who dares to innovate, experiment and helps in building smart solutions for the team and for clients. We work for big (inter)national brands such as KLM, Danone, and Audemars Piquet. Our goal is to improve their business performance by delivering top-notch SEO strategies and execution.

We are looking for someone with experience in the SEO field, specifically with an affinity for AI, to take the services we offer to a next level. You will be part of a young, ambitious, and talented team of 10 SEO specialists. 

The role 

Your primary goal will be to improve the organic visibility of our clients and lead large client accounts.

As a Senior SEO specialist, you will manage a client team, define the strategy, delegate activities, and monitor deadlines. We are looking for someone who has experience with all aspects of SEO. We are looking for someone who has experience with all aspects of SEO. You know how to convert insights into recommendations in the areas of technical, content, and authority. Additionally, you will train junior and mid-level specialists by sharing knowledge and case studies.

Finally, you contribute to the innovation of our core deliverables and services we offer to our clients.

What will you do?  

• Setting up complete (multi-market) SEO strategies;

• Setting goals and KPIs;

• Monitoring results and achieving targets;

• Managing and leading accounts with multiple specialists; 

• Identify needs and optimization opportunities for clients;  

• Creating proposals and providing support in pitches;

• Preparing and delivering client presentations;

• Guiding the implementation of optimizations; 

• Assigning tasks and guiding junior and mid-level team members;

• Measuring and analyzing results based on proposed activities;

• Assisting with internal innovative projects and products; 

• Sharing knowledge internally and externally.  

Who are you?  

• You have a passion for SEO;

• You are proactive and take responsibility;  

• You are good at problem-solving and have strong analytical skills;

• You have persuasiveness and can articulate ideas well;

• You have strong communication skills in Dutch and English;

• You are a strong project manager and have control over your time allocation;

• You are curious, eager to learn, and ambitious;

• You have successfully completed a HBO or WO education;

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience.
