We create innovative software solutions for our customers and want to continue to improve our software, advice, and service for our customers.What are you going to do?You act as the point of contact for the quality of our practice management software.You translate business issues into software quality issues that you incorporate into the QA plan.You design the QA plan and the implementation approach in coordination with your colleagues and management.You propose procedures and scenarios related to quality control of the software.You coordinate the daily QA operations.You monitor software 'health' and quality improvements.You contribute to test scripts and carry out the various tests.You coordinate the quantitative and qualitative findings of test results with the scrum team.You communicate clearly and escalate when necessary.The teamYou work in a team with 20 Practice Management colleagues and 100+ colleagues within the Tax & Accounting division in the Netherlands. You get energy from independently directing improvements in software quality, which lays the foundation for a positive customer experience.FurtherHBO/HBO+ work and thinking level;3+ years of work experience as a Software Quality Analyst or relatedExperience with test frameworks, automation tools and continuous software integration/deliveryKnowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testingKnowledge and experience with QA methodologies and techniquesExperience within an Agile/Scrum environmentExperience with team management and project managementA sense of customer user experience and a lover of software innovation.Sense of understanding on-premise and cloud software and assessing risks and impact.Genuine interest in achieving smart goals for customers, where quality lays the foundation for a positive customer experience.We offerA good fixed salary that matches this positionA 28 to 40 hour working weekTravel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer and work from home allowance of €3 per day.25 vacation days based on 40 hoursWolters Kluwer pays 50% of your pension, and you contribute the remaining 50% yourself.Flexible working where you work partly from home and partly at our modern office in Deventer.Enjoy coffee from fresh fair trade beans and delicious fresh fruit every day.A daily lunch, paid for by us.Good arrangement for home working facilities.
