As Senior Sourcing Manager, you will take ownership of the supply chain across multiple different categories. You will take lead in our sourcing strategy, ensure an optimal supplier base, ingredient availability, and manage a variety of cost and performance-related KPIs.

What you’ll do: 

• Manage supplier relationships across different ingredient categories, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and reliability


• Lead sourcing projects to expand our ingredient portfolio and optimize procurement strategies


• Analyze supply chain performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including suppliers, production, product development, and logistics—to drive efficiency


• Monitor and enhance supplier performance, using data-driven insights to improve service levels


• Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging supply chain innovations


• Tackle challenges head-on, making quick decisions to mitigate risks and keep operations running smoothly

What you’ll bring:

• At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or operations


• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field


• A proactive, problem-solving mindset - you see opportunities for improvement and take initiative


• Strong analytical skills - you use data to drive decisions and optimize processes


• Excellent communication skills, able to work across different teams and cultures


• Fluency in English (other European languages are a plus)


• Resilience and adaptability - you thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
