Job Description - Senior Test Automation Lead (ID: 3740)

As a Senior Test Automation Lead, you will:
  • Lead end -to -end automation testing strategies for large -scale enterprise applications.
  • Design and develop automation frameworks using Selenium and Appium.
  • Build and maintain automated test scripts for Web, Mobile, and API testing.
  • Manage regression suites and integrate automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Maven.
  • Perform REST API testing, SQL validation, and web services testing (REST/SOAP).
  • Collaborate with cross -functional teams in Agile and Waterfall environments.
  • Track defects, coordinate testing activities, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Mentor junior team members and support automation best practices.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • 10+ years of experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading automation framework development.
  • Strong hands -on experience with Selenium, Appium, Java, and/or JavaScript.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Maven, qTest, and CI/CD practices.
  • Good knowledge of REST API testing, SQL validation, and automation scripting.
  • Exposure to Azure Cloud and Agile DevOps environments.
  • Experience working in banking, financial services, or large enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
You should possess the ability to:
  • Lead automation testing activities across multiple projects and teams.
  • Develop scalable and reusable automation frameworks from scratch.
  • Manage defects, testing schedules, and quality deliverables effectively.
  • Communicate risks and project concerns proactively to stakeholders.
  • Mentor team members and collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • Adapt quickly in fast -paced Agile environments.
